Pinot Noir Masterclass
Lover of all things Pinot Noir? We’ve got the perfect Thursday night for you.
Often thought of as the most charismatic of all grape varieties, Pinot Noir is also one of the most ‘elusive’, with many different expressions dependent on the region and conditions it is grown in. Pinot Noir tastes light and silky with red fruit ranging from strawberries to black cherries.
During the evening we will be tasting 6 different Pinot Noirs: At least 2 from the Old World, and 2 from the New World, with a further 2 'surprises'
For those who want to get to grips with the grape, or simply taste some fantastic wines, this is the tasting for you.
The evening will be hosted by Brian Shaw, an avid Pinot Noir fan. Brian has worked for world class Pinot Noir producer Amisfield, Central Otago, New Zealand as well as other boutique Pinot Noir producers in the same area. The evening promises to be informative, educational and above all, fun.
